? Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer / CAD Design Engineer who can bridge engineering design + detailed drafting + manufacturing execution.

This role involves end-to-end involvement — from interpreting client requirements to delivering code-compliant designs and production-ready drawings.

? Key Responsibilities

? Design & Engineering

• Perform mechanical design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers,



and static equipment as per ASME Section VIII Div.1, TEMA, and applicable standards
• Use tools like PV Elite / Compress for design validation and calculations
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, EN, PED, and Good Engineering Practices
• Review and validate design inputs, specifications, and client requirements

? Drafting & Documentation

Prepare 2D/3D drawings (GAD & detailed fabrication drawings) using AutoCAD / SolidWorks. Develop:
• Nozzle schedules
• Weld plans
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Detailed manufacturing drawings
• Ensure drawings are production-ready and code-compliant

? Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, QC, and Planning teams for execution alignment
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and client discussions
• Revise drawings/designs based on feedback and site/manufacturing constraints
