What the Role Looks Like




• Ensure seamless execution of orders from confirmation to delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and clusters for smooth operations
• Track stock availability and ensure timely restocking
• Monitor dispatch and handle urgent delivery requirements
• Manage first-level issue resolution for customers and internal teams
• Maintain ownership and visibility of all open issues
