The Maple Hotel, Bhopal is looking for an experienced and responsible *Purchase & Store In-Charge* to join our team.

?Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
? Industry: Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily purchase activities and vendor coordination
• Handle inventory, stock levels and store operations
• Ensure proper receiving, storage and issuance of materials
• Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, stock records and documentation
• Coordinate with HODs, Accounts and suppliers
• Monitor consumption and control unnecessary purchases
• Conduct regular stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive rates and quality supplies





Candidate Profile:
✅ Prior experience in Purchase & Stores, preferably in the hotel industry
✅ Good knowledge of vendors and market rates
✅ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
✅ Positive understanding of inventory control
✅ Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge
✅ Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
