We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Creator (Full-Time)
GLOCERY is looking for a creative, beauty-obsessed Social Media & Content Creator to join our team and help build one of India's most exciting emerging skincare brands.
? Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)
What you'll be doing:
• Ideating, scripting, shooting, and editing content for social media
• Planning and managing content calendars across platforms
• Scheduling posts and maintaining social media consistency
• Staying on top of beauty, skincare, and social media trends
• Working closely with the founder on campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling
• Bringing fresh creative ideas and executing them quickly
• Assisting with creator collaborations and content coordination when required
You should:
• Be comfortable in front of and behind the camera
• Have experience shooting beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or UGC-style content
• Have strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Understand lighting, framing, and content production basics
• Have a strong understanding of Instagram, Reels,
and short-form content trends
• Be highly organized and able to manage content calendars and deadlines
• Be proactive, resourceful, and excited to work in a rapid-growing startup environment
• Have a genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and brand building
Bonus points if you:
• Have previously worked with a beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brand
• Have experience creating viral or high-performing social content
• Understand influencer and creator-led marketing.
