Job Description:

We build and grow Instagram pages, and we're looking for a Content Associate to run them day to day: from the idea to the posted Reel, and then using the numbers to decide what we make next.

What you'll do
- Take every Reel from idea to script to shoot to posting, on time
- Work with our editors, actors and shoot team every day and keep things moving
- Write and improve scripts
- Handle posting: captions, covers and timing




- Check Reels insights every week (reach, retention, saves) and use them to plan what we shoot next

What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of handling Instagram content, at a media company, a creator's team, a brand's in-house team, or on your own page
- You've handled posting and stats for a page, not just made content for it
- You've worked with editors, freelancers or shoot teams and kept them on schedule
- You can write a strong hook and explain with numbers why a Reel worked

This may not be for you if you've only done
- SEO or blog writing
- Static posts or Canva design
- Shooting or editing, without handling a page's posting and results

Positive to have
- An Instagram page you grew yourself
