Ruloans is looking for a hands-on technology leader to drive our technology strategy and scale Ruloans’ customer platforms and Ruconnect’s partner app and web portal.
What you’ll lead:
* Technology strategy, platform architecture and engineering teams.
* Lender integrations, CRM, commission and payout systems.
* Data, AI and automation to improve lender matching and customer and partner journeys.
* Platform reliability, information security and compliance.
What we’re looking for:
* 10+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years leading engineering teams of 25+ people.
* 5+ years in fintech, lending, banking technology or insurance distribution.
* Experience scaling B2B and B2C platforms and mobile apps.
* Robust expertise in cloud architecture, APIs and financial ecosystem integrations.
