Base: Sugar360 HQ, Siliguri, with travel across East and Northeast India (Assam and the Northeast, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, parts of West Bengal)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharma sales and marketing. Not open to freshers.
Compensation: Salary as per current industry standards, plus attractive incentives

About the role




We are building a network of Sugar360 partner clinics with doctors who already treat diabetes every day in their towns. The doctor leads the care. We bring the team, the care system, the app, and the brand. You will be our eyes and ears in every recent market and often the first handshake a doctor has with Sugar 360. You will learn what is really happening in a city, sit down with the right doctors, and take the conversation to a point where our leadership team can carry it forward.
Whom we want to reach
MD Medicine and DM Endocrinology doctors who actively practise diabetology, see a lot of diabetes patients, and have their own practice or want one.

What you will do
• Map target cities: MD Medicine and DM Endocrinology doctors, their diabetes patient load, existing diabetes clinics, rents, labs, and chemists
• Build a ranked list of doctors worth approaching and classify them as hot, warm, cold, or not a fit
• Meet doctors in person and run the first conversation using our doctor kit
