Role Description The Production Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at the manufacturing facility in Satara. This role oversees daily production operations, ensuring that manufacturing runs efficiently, safely, and in line with quality and food safety standards.



Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, supervising production teams, monitoring output and wastage, and coordinating with procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to meet timelines. The Production Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives, implements standard operating procedures, maintains compliance with regulatory and hygiene requirements, and supports new product scale-up from development to commercial production. The role also involves reporting production metrics, managing resources and inventory, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on the shop floor.
Qualifications

• Strong production management skills in food and beverage or FMCG manufacturing, including line supervision, scheduling, and coordination of daily operations.
• Knowledge of food processing technologies and equipment, preferably in beverages, bars, cook
