The HR Specialist serves as a key operational and strategic partner across core HR functions in India. This role is responsible for driving recruitment, managing foundational personnel processes, leading onboarding and compliance initiatives, and providing high-touch employee support. Operating with autonomy and strategic alignment, the HR Specialist ensures data integrity, optimizes operational workflows, and delivers expert HR guidance to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
