Hiring: PR Manager — Part-Time / Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced PR professional to build visibility for DesignMechanics, our AI-first creative agency Aiyyooo , The Unknown India, our leadership team and our clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with journalists and editors at advertising, marketing and media industry publications, as well as national newspapers, magazines and digital publications.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and execute PR plans for the group, its brands and leadership.
* Identify newsworthy stories around campaigns, client work, business milestones and industry perspectives.
* Write and pitch press releases, founder profiles, interviews, opinion articles and feature stories.
* Secure relevant editorial coverage in advertising trade publications and national media.
* Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and other media professionals.
* Identify speaking opportunities,
industry awards and events that strengthen our visibility.
* Track coverage and report on PR outcomes.
What we are looking for
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in PR, media relations or corporate communications.
* An established network across advertising and marketing publications, along with national media.
* A proven record of securing earned media coverage, supported by examples.
* Robust writing, pitching and storytelling skills.
* An understanding of advertising, branding, marketing and the growing role of AI in creative work.
* Someone proactive who can work independently and take ownership from story development to publication.
Engagement: Part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability.
Compensation: Based on experience and scope of engagement.
