At RevLabs, we're building RevenueGear AI — an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform helping automotive dealerships identify missed revenue opportunities and improve customer experience.
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Executive who can take ownership of our invoicing, receivables and customer payment follow-ups.
What you'll be responsible for:• Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable
• Track outstanding payments and ageing
• Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, WhatsApp and email
• Maintain accurate customer-wise payment records
• Track promised payment dates and ensure timely collections
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success and Finance teams
• Resolve billing/payment-related queries with customers
• Prepare regular AR and collections reports for management
• Identify overdue/high-value accounts and escalate when required
• Help us build a disciplined and predictable collections process




What we're looking for:✅ 1+ year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts, Finance Operations or a similar role
✅ Strong follow-up skills — you're comfortable picking up the phone and asking for a payment
✅ Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Basic understanding of invoicing, receivables and payment reconciliation
✅ Good communication skills in English, Hindi
✅ High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
✅ Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need constant follow-ups
This role is for you if:You enjoy keeping things organized, are comfortable talking to customers, and have the persistence to follow something until it gets closed.
We're a growing startup, so this isn't a role where you'll simply process invoices. You'll get direct exposure to customers, collections, finance operations and the leadership team.
