Role Description The Finance Accounting Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation and review of financial statements, general ledger management, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The Finance Accounting Manager will manage financial reporting,



ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and coordinate internal and external audits. The role includes developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to support decision-making and cost control. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise accounting staff, improve financial processes, and maintain accurate records to support the organization’s payment and finance activities.
