Role Overview
Red Fort Capital is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to support its Business Loan sales and DSA network.
The role will primarily involve outbound calling to existing and prospective DSAs, channel partners and MSME businesses to generate qualified loan leads, develop relationships and support the sales team in building a strong business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
• Make approximately 150–200 outbound calls per day to prospective customers and channel partners.
• Regularly connect with existing DSAs to identify current business opportunities and follow up on potential loan cases.
• Conduct cold calling on new DSA / channel partner databases for onboarding and business generation.
• Conduct direct cold calling to MSMEs and business owners to identify requirements for business loans.
• Explain Red Fort Capital's loan products,



basic eligibility criteria and documentation requirements to prospective borrowers and DSAs.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate with the sales / credit team for further discussions and evaluation.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects until the lead is converted, declined or closed.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and prospect status in the CRM / internal tracking system.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with DSAs, loan consultants, financial intermediaries and business owners.
• Achieve defined daily calling, lead-generation and monthly business targets.

Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales or loan sales preferred.
• Previous experience with an NBFC, Bank, Fintech, DSA or financial services company, particularly in the loan segment, will be preferred.
