We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Pune and take ownership of day-to-day HR Operations and Worker Experience activities.

The role will focus on supporting workers throughout their employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and HR administration, while also building a strong local worker community and driving initiatives that improve worker satisfaction and engagement.

The position requires a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented individual who is comfortable working onsite, interacting directly with workers, and managing multiple activities and priorities. As part of a growing organization, the person will also support additional HR, operational, and administrative activities depending on business needs.

Your tasks

• Supporting workers with day-to-day HR-related queries and providing guidance throughout the employee lifecycle
• Verifying documents required for hiring and collecting HR and IT forms and other required onboarding information
• Coordinating onboarding activities, including onboarding meetings, HR documentation,



and ensuring new joiners have a smooth start
• Managing Worker data and processes in Zoho People, including onboarding, Worker profile updates, leave management, approvals, and offboarding
• Building the local Worker community through integration events, communication initiatives, engagement activities, and programs that improve Worker satisfaction
• Coordinating local office activities, including gadgets and supplies, events, office support, and other initiatives contributing to a positive Worker experience
• Supporting Sii programs and initiatives as a local SPOC, including Siimification, Sii Ambassadors, training, Marketing, Employer Branding, communications, and other HR projects as required

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Experience, or a similar role
• Positive understanding of HR processes, particularly onboarding, employee documentation,
