About the Role

• As an Associate – Media Planning, you will contribute to the development of digital media strategies and plans for branding campaigns.
• You will work closely with Managers and cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into structured media plans, backed by audience insights, platform understanding, and data.
• This role is ideal for someone with prior exposure to campaign execution who is now looking to move into a more strategic, planning-oriented role.

Responsibilities

• Support in building digital media plans aligned with campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, reach, engagement)
• Assist in channel selection and media mix planning across platforms like Google, Meta, Programmatic, OTT, and Native
• Work on audience research, segmentation, and targeting frameworks using first-party and third-party data




• Leverage tools like Google Reach Planner, SimilarWeb, GWI, etc. for planning and forecasting
• Contribute to budget allocation and phasing strategies across channels
• Analyze past campaign performance and market data to derive insights for future planning
• Collaborate with buying and activation teams to ensure accurate execution of media plans
• Support in creating media strategy decks, rationales, and client presentations
• Monitor campaign performance at a high level to ensure alignment with planned KPIs
• Stay updated on media trends, consumer behavior, and emerging platforms

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital/media planning or strategy roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in creating media plans or strategy decks is preferred
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4) and reporting dashboards is a plus
