Role Description The Key Account Manager – D2C/Fashion/E-Commerce Brands role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key D2C, fashion, and e-commerce brand partners, ensuring mutual growth and long-term collaboration. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing account plans, tracking performance, analyzing sales data, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, merchandising, and operations to deliver on brand objectives. The Key Account Manager will negotiate terms, manage order flow, resolve issues,



and maintain high standards of service for brand partners. The role also involves identifying new partnership opportunities, supporting campaigns and collaborations, and providing regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
