We are looking for a agile, energetic and result-oriented sales professional who can take ownership of the sales process for our two core business verticals: Mutual Funds + Insurance
If you enjoy speaking with people, understanding their financial needs, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term relationships, this role is for you.

The Role
As a Sales Manager – Mutual Funds & Insurance, you will be responsible for managing the sales process end-to-end.
You will work closely with prospects and clients, understand their financial requirements, coordinate with the advisory team where required, recommend suitable financial products within the company's process and compliance framework,



and drive conversions.
The ideal candidate should have 1–2+ years of experience in financial product sales, preferably from:
• Banks
• Mutual fund distributors
• Wealth management firms
• Insurance companies
• NBFCs
• Fintech companies
• Broking / financial services companies

Experience in selling mutual funds and/or insurance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
• Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, campaigns and other channels.
• Contact and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Understand the prospect's financial requirements, goals and existing investments/insurance.
• Move prospects through the sales funnel and convert qualified leads into clients.
• Maintain systematic follow-ups until closure.
• Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
