Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Patna in a full-time capacity, driving growth and outreach for Edural Classes™.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying recent business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads through field visits, calls, and digital outreach, and building relationships with parents, students, schools, and local partners. The role involves presenting Edural Classes™ offerings, conducting demos and information sessions, and supporting enrollment activities to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. The Business Development Executive will also manage key accounts, track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to refine strategies based on market feedback. This position requires active engagement with the local community and a strong commitment to Edural’s mission of expanding access to quality education.
