Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving growth by promoting MY NONU’s digital and grocery delivery services to existing and potential customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, conducting virtual product demonstrations, managing leads, and closing sales through online and phone channels. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and may assist in training colleagues on effective sales techniques and service offerings. Regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs is expected to support continuous improvement.
