Role Description The Freelance Senior Business Development Consultant will focus on expanding Selligence Solutions’ client base and strategic partnerships within leadership development, coaching, and talent solutions. This full-time remote role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting lead generation campaigns, and nurturing relationships with CXOs, HR leaders,



and decision-makers across industries. The consultant will develop and present proposals, design business plans aligned with client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to shape offerings and go-to-market strategies. Daily responsibilities include market research, pipeline management, virtual client meetings, and consistent reporting on business development metrics and outcomes.
Qualifications
