The platform aggregates vendor inventory to provide a centralized, transparent view of available outdoor media options. It enables users to plan outdoor media campaigns and complete bookings in real time, improving efficiency and decision-making. Hoardingmart.com aims to streamline the OOH advertising process and deliver a more data-driven, user-friendly experience for its partners and customers.
Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision and execution for Hoardingmart.com, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This full-time role, based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, includes onsite collaboration and the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development, guiding system architecture,



managing product and technology roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional projects with product, sales, and operations teams. The CTO will establish IT strategy and governance, optimize infrastructure and cloud services, and ensure high availability and performance of the platform. The role also involves mentoring engineering teams, implementing best practices in quality and security, and evaluating recent technologies to support innovation and growth.

• Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience building and scaling online platforms or marketplaces.
