About the Role
BabyAmore is looking for a creative, highly driven Brand & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our online brand presence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan, create and execute content, not just coordinate with agencies. You will be responsible for building BabyAmore’s presence across Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels through engaging videos, social content, campaigns, influencer collaborations and brand ambassador partnerships.

We are looking for someone who understands social media trends, can turn ideas into compelling content and is comfortable being involved in everything from content planning and shoots to publishing and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Own and manage BabyAmore’s Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media channels.
• Create and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Plan Reels, Stories, posts, carousels, campaigns and other social-first content.
• Publish content consistently and ensure all communication follows the BabyAmore brand identity.




• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, memes, audio and emerging content opportunities.
• Monitor comments, engagement and community interactions.

Video & Content Creation
• Develop creative concepts for Reels, short-form videos, product videos, educational content and campaign content.
• Shoot and create high-quality mobile-first video content.
• Coordinate product shoots, lifestyle shoots and campaign shoots.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions and content briefs.
• Work with video editors/designers or edit short-form content independently where required.
• Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.

Brand Ambassador & Influencer Management
• Work closely with BabyAmore's brand ambassadors, influencers and content creators.
• Plan monthly content requirements and campaigns with ambassadors.
• Develop briefs, scripts, concepts and posting calendars.
