Role Description The Area Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandrapur, responsible for driving sales and market development for RCPL’s product portfolio in the assigned territory. This position involves managing distributors and key retail partners,



ensuring product availability, visibility, and execution of trade and consumer promotions. Daily activities include visiting market outlets, tracking secondary and primary sales, monitoring competitor activity, and sharing market insights with the sales leadership team. The role also includes planning and achieving monthly and quarterly targets, optimizing channel performance, and maintaining robust, professional relationships with stakeholders. The Area Sales Executive collaborates closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support smooth operations and sustainable growth in the region.
