As a Territory Sales Executive at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Leadership & Sales Execution: Lead and drive the sales strategy for the Aesculap Interventional Therapy portfolio to achieve assigned revenue, volume, and market share targets.
• KOL & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), interventional cardiologists, and key hospital decision-makers.
• Market Development & Channel Management: Expand customer accounts and optimize the distribution network while ensuring brand presence and commercial compliance





What You will Bring to the Team?

• Sales Experience: 8–10 years of proven sales success in the medical device industry, preferably within the Cardiology/Interventional segment.
• People Leadership: Mandatory experience in leading, mentoring, and driving performance across a sales team.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Exceptional networking, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage clinicians and hospital leadership effectively.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering; an MBA/PGDM is preferred.
• Execution & Agility: Strong business acumen, result orientation, and the flexibility to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
