Your Impact

As a Technical Sales Professional, you will own the technical relationship with customers and partners, serving as a trusted technical advisor and Cisco brand ambassador. You will work closely with account teams and cross-functional sales teams to understand customer business priorities, translate them into technical requirements, and design and present relevant Cisco solutions.

You will play a key role throughout the technical sales process—from identifying and landing opportunities to expanding Cisco’s footprint within existing accounts—while helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes.

What You'll Do





• Develop and refine technical sales approaches aligned to clearly defined customer and partner requirements.
• Build solid knowledge of Cisco's portfolio and progressively develop specialization within a technical domain.
• Own technical relationships with customers and partners, engaging with IT teams, business stakeholders, decision-makers, and implementers.
• Analyze customer environments, business requirements, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify and shape opportunities.
• Translate customer and partner business needs into technical requirements and recommend appropriate Cisco solutions.
• Contribute to customer account planning, solution design, demand generation, and enablement activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Cisco's portfolio across areas such as networking, security, observability, and collaboration.
• Lead technical engagements, presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions tailored to specific customer scenarios.
