The company specializes in supporting multinational organizations and their expatriate employees with domestic and international moves, including household goods, customs clearance, pet relocation, and settlement services. Role: Software Manager
Location: Bangalore
Key Ownership Areas:
• Lead projects from planning through deployment, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, UI/UX and business stakeholders.
• Manage client/stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on requirements.




• Identify technical dependencies, project risks and roadblocks and drive resolution.
• Provide technical oversight and work closely with engineering and AWS/DevOps teams.
• Lead and mentor development teams and track project performance.

Mandatory Technical Experience
• Strong practical understanding of Node.js, React.js, PHP and AWS.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices and Cloud-based applications.
• Working knowledge of databases – MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum and SDLC.

Ideal Candidate:
• 8–10+ years of experience in Software Development / Project Management / Technology Leadership.
• Experience managing web and cloud-based application projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
