Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and Telecom projects from initiation to closure.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models based on project requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as project plans, Gantt charts, milestones, trackers, and change logs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Support project initiation by defining scope, feasibility, deliverables, and aligning stakeholder expectations.
• Track project performance using KPIs and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain transparent and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client engagement meetings to gather requirements, manage expectations, and align deliverables.




• Execute and monitor risk management plans to minimize delivery obstacles.
• Track budgets and financials, provide analysis, and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Prepare and share periodic project status updates and reports with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel as required for project engagements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, leadership, and project teams.

Mandatory Skills

• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
• Solid understanding of IT and Telecom delivery environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Confluence.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
