Role Description The Senior Executive – Labour, Factory & CLRA Compliance will manage day-to-day compliance activities related to Labour laws, factory regulations, and the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act. Responsibilities include monitoring statutory changes,



preparing and maintaining compliance registers and records, coordinating inspections, and ensuring timely filing of returns and renewals of licenses. The role involves advising clients on Labour and factory law requirements, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve compliance issues efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close interaction with client HR, legal, and operations teams to maintain high standards of compliance and documentation.
Key Job Responsibilities1. Labour Law Compliance
• Ensure compliance with applicable Central and Karnataka Labour laws.
• PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, LWF and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Minimum Wages / Wages compliance.
• Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity and Maternity Benefit compliance.
• Maintain statutory registers, records and notices.
• Prepare and monitor monthly/quarterly/annual compliance calendar
