About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Finance Associate - VCFO to take ownership of review quality across accounting, reconciliations, compliance support, working papers, and MIS readiness across multiple client engagements.
This is a review-led role, not purely execution. You will review the work of Associates and Trainees, identify gaps, strengthen documentation, and ensure every client file is accurate, complete, and ready for management review.

Key Responsibilities
• Review ledger scrutiny, trial balance grouping, and account classification.
• Review bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and supporting workings.
• Review and support GST, TDS, PF, ESI and related compliance workings.
• Ensure client files are accurate, complete, and analysis-ready before handover.
• Identify classification errors, unreconciled balances, missing entries, and follow-up gaps.
• Guide Associates and Trainees on working-paper quality and documentation standards.




• Maintain review trackers, escalation discipline, and overall file hygiene.
• Support basic tax-planning notes and quality checks where required.

What We're Looking For
• CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Articleship exposure in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Taxation
• Exposure in VCFO / Global Accounting
• Strong accounting and reconciliation fundamentals.
• Experience in reviewing financial workings and client deliverables.
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally / Zoho.
• Solid spoken and written English.
• Structured approach with strong follow-up and ownership.
