Job Summary
Midamas Jewels LLP is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive – Lab Grown Diamond Business to drive B2B sales and strategic account growth across North, East and Central India.
The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing large jewellery retail chains, multi-store retailers and strategic B2B accounts, generating high-value business and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate should have a solid network within the jewellery retail industry, proven experience in high-value B2B sales and excellent negotiation and account-management skills. Experience in Lab Grown Diamond (LGD) jewellery will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities





• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for Lab Grown Diamond jewellery.
• Identify and acquire major jewellery retail chains, multi-store retailers and large strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with promoters, business owners, purchase heads, category heads and other senior decision-makers.
• Generate and close high-value B2B orders and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation, order closure and account development.
• Develop and grow strategic/key accounts and increase revenue and share of wallet.
• Conduct commercial negotiations related to pricing, margins, payment terms and product specifications.
• Maintain healthy account profitability while meeting customer requirements.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide customers with insights on LGD
