Team Overview
The Capital Formation team raises and stewards capital across Stride's fund platform. It works closely with the Managing Partners to build long-term partnerships with a global investor base. The team covers sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pensions, insurance companies, endowments and foundations, development finance institutions, fund-of-funds, family offices and private wealth platforms across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate to join the Capital Formation team in Gurugram.



You will play an integral role across the full fundraising lifecycle, from LP origination and engagement through diligence, closing and ongoing relationship management. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and global institutional allocators. It suits a commercially minded professional who wants to help shape the investor franchise of a scaling alternative credit platform.

Principal Responsibilities

LP Coverage and Pipeline Strategy
• Build and refine a targeted global LP pipeline aligned with the firm's fundraising priorities, segmented by geography, investor type and mandate.
• Conduct market mapping and allocator research to identify and prioritize high-conviction prospects.
• Generate recent relationships through proactive outreach, consultant and placement-agent channels, referrals and industry events.
• Support existing global LP relationships.
