Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for product software.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of product solutions.
• Perform UI testing, API testing, and backend testing across various platforms.
• Execute regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using defect-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Execute performance and stress testing for telecom systems to ensure network stability under high loads.
• Work with Linux-based environments for deployment, troubleshooting, and test execution.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecom testing tools, methodologies, and technologies.





Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the telecom sector.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC and QA principles.
• Knowledge with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium - TestNG, Robot Framework, Appium, JMeter).
• Knowledge in scripting languages such as Python or Shell for automation.
• Strong experience in UI testing, API testing, and backend testing.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments and SQL for backend validation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
