About the Role

Orgatek NatureFoods Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant for its Gurugram office. The role involves maintaining day-to-day accounts, supporting GST and TDS compliance, preparing reconciliations and coordinating with external consultants, including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and banks.

The candidate should have practical accounting experience and must have previously worked in a CA firm or closely with a Chartered Accountant. Candidates who have cleared CA Intermediate will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes and supporting vouchers.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and reconcile bank accounts,



receivables and payables.
• Prepare GST workings, reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B with accounting records, and assist with timely return filing.
• Identify GST mismatches and follow up for missing invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare TDS calculations and payment workings, maintain records and assist with TDS return filing.
• Track outstanding payments and collections, and prepare receivable, payable and expense reports.
• Coordinate with external CA/CS consultants and banks for compliance, documentation, audits and routine financial matters.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for audits and finalisation of accounts.
• Assist with payroll accounting and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain organised accounting records and follow up on pending documentation and compliance deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Com, M.Com or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 yea
