Role Description The Executive role at SOTC Travel Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Executive will support daily branch operations, including handling customer inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, coordinating bookings with suppliers, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and international tours. The role involves managing customer relationships, resolving service issues, processing payments,



and assisting with promotional activities and sales targets. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to provide timely information, maintain data in company systems, and contribute to an excellent customer experience in line with SOTC’s service standards.
Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in meeting targets, cross-selling, and upselling travel products and services.
• Operational and administrative skills, such as itinerary preparation, booking coordination, documentation, and data entry accuracy.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and travel-related system
