Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Linux Lead with strong expertise in Embedded Linux, BSP development, Linux Kernel internals, and system integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Embedded Linux development activities, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Embedded Linux and BSP development activities for embedded products.
• Define technical architecture and provide direction for Linux-based platforms.
• Own end-to-end system integration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Design, develop, customize, and optimize Linux device drivers.
• Work on Linux kernel internals, kernel customization, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain build systems using Yocto and Buildroot.
• Perform complex system-level debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Develop shell scripts and contribute to kernel-level software development.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and application teams.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
• Interact with stakeholders and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8 12 years of experience in Embedded Linux development.
• Strong understanding of Linux Kernel Internals and BSP development.
• Expertise in Linux Device Driver Development and Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Yocto and/or Buildroot.
• Strong knowledge of system integration and embedded software architecture.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Linux development tools.
• Experience in system-level debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.
• Valuable understanding of embedded hardware platforms and boot processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
