About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales initiatives and spearhead revenue growth for Ray Business Technologies.



The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in selling complex digital transformation and managed services solutions to global enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Own full sales cycle — business development, client engagement, proposals, negotiations, and closures
• Create and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth targets
• Drive new logos acquisition and account expansion in strategic geographies (US/NA/EMEA)
• Build C-level relationships and position RBT as a strategic transformation partner
• Mentor and guide junior BDEs to achieve team revenue goals
