Role Description The Architect role at Continental Designers is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and create design documentation for offices, commercial spaces, and experience centers. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, collaborating with internal design and project teams, and ensuring that designs meet functional, regulatory, and aesthetic standards. The role involves overseeing design integration with engineering and construction teams, participating in site visits, and supporting project delivery from initial planning through completion. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, timeline planning,



and quality checks to maintain design consistency and project ef
ficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in commercial and office projects.
• Ability to manage Integration of design with other disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP) and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring design deliverables.
• Comfort working with relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant built or design projects.
