About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.
The ideal candidate should be organized, good with people, comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, and willing to take ownership of HR processes in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

2. HR Operations
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll-related inputs.
• Respond to employee HR queries and coordinate their resolution.




• Keep HRMS and employee databases updated.

3. Employee Engagement & Support
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and team initiatives.
• Support employee communication and feedback processes.
• Help create a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day employee concerns.

4. HR Policies & Compliance
• Support implementation of company HR policies and processes.
• Maintain required HR records and documentation.
• Assist with statutory compliance and other HR-related requirements.
• Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Recruitment, or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience in recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Valuable understanding of basic HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
