About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned TV Ad Sales professional with strong experience in the News Channel industry, who has handled large-scale FCT revenue, national advertisers, agencies and upcountry markets.
The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth for R Bharat through FCT sales, strategic client partnerships and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive FCT Sales and overall TV advertising revenue for R Bharat across key and upcountry markets.
• Manage large revenue targets and build a solid pipeline of FCT business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve large and ambitious revenue targets.
• Manage high-value relationships with national advertisers, media agencies, regional clients and key decision-makers.
• Drive business across both major markets and upcountry markets, identifying opportunities for market expansion.
• Build strong pipelines across sectors such as FMCG, Auto, BFSI, Telecom, Consumer Durables, Education,



Retail and other key categories.
• Develop strategic partnerships and integrated advertising solutions to maximise revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, advertiser spends and regional market dynamics.
• Lead negotiations with large clients and agencies, ensuring healthy revenue growth and commercial outcomes.
• Drive target achievement through effective territory planning, client acquisition, retention and revenue expansion.
• Work closely with internal teams including Programming, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Ad Operations to deliver client solutions.
• Track sales performance, revenue forecasts, collections and business pipelines.
• Lead, mentor and guide sales teams while maintaining strong accountability for business outcomes.
