Role Description The Investment Banking Associate will support startup clients on financial and strategic transactions, working full time on-site at the Kochi office. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed financial models, supporting valuation analyses, and preparing pitch decks, information memorandums, and investor materials. The role involves conducting financial and business due diligence, analyzing market and industry data, and assisting in deal execution and transaction documentation.



The associate will collaborate with senior team members to evaluate investment opportunities, structure deals, and communicate insights clearly to founders, investors, and internal stakeholders. This position also contributes to refining advisory frameworks and best practices to enhance service quality for startup clients.
Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements and business metrics.
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Valuation for startups, growth-stage companies, and investment opportunities.
• Experience in conducting Due Diligence, including financial, commercial, and operational assessments.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills, with the ability to create explicit, investor-ready materials.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
