Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compliance Officer (RCM) based in the Mohali district. The Compliance Officer will oversee revenue cycle compliance activities, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, payer requirements, and internal policies.



Daily responsibilities include monitoring RCM processes for compliance risks, conducting audits and reviews, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to address identified issues. The role involves drafting and updating compliance guidelines, supporting staff training on regulatory and organizational standards, and preparing reports and documentation for leadership. The Compliance Officer will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls and promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
