Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to US-based businesses and executives .
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will manage executive schedules and correspondence, support business operations,



prepare MIS reports, coordinate projects, conduct research, manage data, and work with vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Manage emails, messages, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and business communications.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
- Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Use Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
