Position Overview:

As a AVP of FAAS, your primary responsibilities will involve understanding customer needs and business challenges and formulating solutions for the Financial Advisory vertical. You will manage a team of Sr.



Managers / Managers and look after Client deliverables within our FAAS vertical. You will work closely with the MD for strategic decisions for the FAAS Vertical.

Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
- Led the finance and accounts team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

Accounting and Auditing:
- Supervise all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standard sand regulatory requirements.
