What You'll Do Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities. Assist in implementing

inquiry-based and student-centered learning

experiences. Support differentiated activities to meet individual student needs. Reinforce concepts through small-group and one-to-one activities. Encourage student participation, curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Help maintain a positive, safe, inclusive, and well-organized classroom. Support students during classroom activities, transitions, meals, outdoor play, and other routines. Observe and document student learning, development, behaviour, and progress. Provide appropriate emotional and academic support under the guidance of the lead teacher. Assist with student portfolios, classroom displays, teaching resources, and learning materials.
