The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, storytelling, and visual communication, with the ability to independently transform creative briefs into engaging, high-quality video content. The role involves creating video assets for performance marketing, social media, brand campaigns, digital platforms, events, landing pages, and other marketing touchpoints across international markets. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce video content for performance marketing, paid advertising, social media, YouTube, websites, landing pages, webinars, events, and brand campaigns. Translate creative and marketing briefs into engaging video narratives aligned with campaign objectives, audience preferences, and messaging. Create reels, short-form videos, promotional films, testimonials,



learner stories, explainers, event after movies, and other digital marketing content. Develop motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, title cards, lower thirds, text animations, and engaging visual treatments. Apply robust graphic design principles across typography, composition, colour, imagery, layouts, and visual hierarchy. Leverage AI-powered video and design tools for ideation, editing assistance, captioning, transcription, asset generation, enhancement, and workflow automation. Adapt and repurpose video content across different platforms, formats, durations, languages, and international audiences. Create multiple creative variations for campaign testing and optimisation. Ensure all video assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high standards of visual and audio quality.
