Role Summary We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven, and experienced

Business Development Manager (BDM)

to work on our US sales from our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recent logo acquisition, selling high-end IT and AI-driven consulting services to enterprise clients in the United States, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure during US business hours.





Key Responsibilities Targeted Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Drive end-to-end outbound sales campaigns, cold outreach, and lead generation targeting C-level executives, VP/Director of IT, and Engineering leaders across US markets. Service Positioning:

Effectively pitch SRS Consulting's core offerings, focusing heavily on IT services, digital transformation, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation capabilities. Pipeline Management:

Own the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Manage lead qualification, discovery calls, product/capability demonstrations, proposal creation (RFPs/RFIs), and contract negotiations. Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective enterprise clients, handling objections and mapping client needs to custom IT delivery models (Offshore/Onsite/Hybrid). Cross-functional Coordination:
