Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a

highly professional, polished, and sophisticated Liaison Officer

with strong hands-on experience in

real estate redevelopment projects, PMC coordination, statutory approvals, government liaisoning, and regulatory compliance . The ideal candidate should be capable of

independently handling liaisoning activities for redevelopment projects , coordinating with government authorities, PMC teams, consultants, societies, legal professionals, and other stakeholders. The candidate must have a strong practical understanding of

RERA, real estate laws, redevelopment procedures, statutory approvals, and government processes . Key Responsibilities Independently handle

liaisoning activities for redevelopment projects . Coordinate with

PMC, architects, legal consultants, structural consultants, society representatives, contractors,



and government authorities . Follow up with relevant authorities for

approvals, permissions, NOCs, sanctions, licenses, and statutory clearances . Coordinate with PMC teams and ensure timely submission, processing, and follow-up of project-related documentation. Maintain regular follow-ups with government departments and concerned officials. Track applications, approvals, pending matters, objections, compliances, and statutory timelines. Assist in resolving regulatory and procedural issues related to redevelopment projects. Maintain systematic records of applications, approvals, NOCs, correspondence, agreements, and other significant documentation. Coordinate with the legal team on

property matters, redevelopment documentation, regulatory requirements, and legal compliances . Possess practical knowledge of

RERA provisions and real estate/redevelopment laws . Coordinate with society members and other stakehol
