About the Role
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our staffing and recruitment sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with CXOs and Recruitment/HR Heads, understanding client hiring requirements, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, , networking, references, and other channels.
- Identify companies with active or upcoming IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
- Connect and build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Heads,



and Hiring Managers.
- Understand client manpower requirements, hiring volumes, job profiles, skill requirements, locations, and timelines.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert them into active recruitment/staffing requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain the company's staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure client requirements are understood and fulfilled.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to requirement generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Follow up with prospects and clients regularly to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate commercials, pricing, terms, and agreements with clients.
