Role Summary Kody Technolab Limited is seeking a highly competent and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the CEO’s operational efficiency, facilitating effective communication, and overseeing the execution of high-impact organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strategic acumen, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Support Build and maintain trusted relationships across the organization to align operations with key stakeholders. Act as a thought partner to the CEO by identifying challenges, opportunities, and contributing to strategic decisions. Facilitate high-level problem-solving through data analysis and actionable recommendations.

2. Administrative Management Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization. Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel arrangements. Draft, review, and refine reports, correspondence, and presentations with precision.



Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

3. Communication and Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Develop meeting agendas, coordinate follow-ups, and align outcomes with organizational objectives. Synthesize complex information into concise, actionable executive summaries.

4. Project Oversight Monitor, track, and report on strategic projects, ensuring timelines are met. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful execution. Optimize workflows and implement systems to improve operational efficiency.

5. Operational Excellence Support the planning and execution of organizational strategies and initiatives. Oversee preparation for Board meetings, high-profile events, and emergent priorities. Manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently while providing actionable insights to the CEO.
