Graphic & Motion Designer Role Overview We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & Motion Designer who can conceptualize and execute compelling visual communication across static and motion formats. The role will work closely with the Creative, Brand Solutions, Social Media, Client Servicing and Strategy teams to develop high-quality creative assets for integrated advertising campaigns, social media, digital marketing, pitches, presentations, events, outdoor and other brand communication. The ideal candidate should combine strong design fundamentals with motion graphics capabilities and be comfortable taking a brief from concept through final execution. Key Roles & Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Development Conceptualize and design creative communication based on client and campaign briefs. Create social media posts, carousels, stories, digital banners, display creatives and campaign adaptations. Develop key visuals and campaign creatives for integrated brand campaigns. Design print advertisements, brochures, leaflets, posters,



standees and other marketing collateral. Create outdoor advertising creatives including hoardings, bus shelters, transit branding and other OOH formats. Develop event branding, stage backdrops, standees, invites and on-ground activation creatives. Create visually robust pitch presentations, mood boards and campaign mock-ups. Adapt master creatives across multiple formats and media specifications while maintaining brand consistency. Motion Graphics & Video Create engaging motion graphics, animated posts, reels, short-form videos and digital advertisements. Animate typography, graphics, logos, illustrations and campaign elements. Create product/brand promotional videos and social-first motion content. Edit raw footage into polished short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
